-Friday, July 9, 6-9:00pm- Leadership Group Workshop

(Leadership Group ONLY)

We will be setting parameters and clear boundaries for moving forward; exploring what we really want, need, etc.  Also we will be setting up expectations of new teams and providing support in getting those teams moving forward with clear objectives, communication and more.  

-Saturday, July 10, 9:30am-3:30pm- All Congregation Workshop
(light lunch provided)

We will receive the Conscious Conversation Reports. 
There will be a Many Hats Exercise, which is an interactive exercise that will include exploring roles congregants have taken on, self care and prevention of burn out.
The day will conclude with Break Out Groups, which will include activtating teams set up by the Leadership Group, and exploring support that will move Unity Center forward.
